APOLLONFORGE Coaching Agreement & Terms

The services provide general online support for physical activity, wellbeing and habit organisation. No medical services, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy rehabilitation or personalised dietetic services are provided. For matters of health, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, medication or personalised nutritional assessment, the client must consult the appropriate licensed professional.

APOLLONFORGE provides online fitness coaching for healthy adults, including general progressive exercise programmes, general nutrition education, progress tracking and accountability support. Services are delivered digitally through the communication channels agreed at onboarding.

APOLLONFORGE is not a licensed medical, psychological, or dietetic healthcare provider and does not hold a physical education degree or a licence to practise dietetics. All information shared is general and educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalised dietary therapy. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme.

Clients are fully responsible for their own health, safety, and adherence to the program. This includes performing exercises with correct technique, following the plan as prescribed, communicating honestly, and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Results depend on many factors including consistency, effort, genetics, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and adherence. APOLLONFORGE does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or physical transformations.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or physical limitations before starting. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases APOLLONFORGE from any resulting liability.

Communication is conducted via the agreed platform (e.g. WhatsApp, email). Response times are typically within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Coaching hours exclude weekends and public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Weekly check-ins are essential for progress. Missed check-ins do not entitle the client to extended coaching or refunds. Repeated missed check-ins may result in program pause or termination without refund.

All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun or the first plan has been delivered. Exceptions may be granted only in cases of documented serious medical emergencies, at the sole discretion of APOLLONFORGE.

Coaching packages run for the fixed duration agreed at purchase. Unused time cannot be transferred, extended, or refunded, unless a pause is formally approved by APOLLONFORGE in writing.

Clients may cancel their coaching at any time, however no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of a purchased package.

All personal information, photos, and communications shared during coaching remain strictly confidential and will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.

By purchasing coaching services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Support is limited to topics directly relating to the coaching program. Advice outside the scope of coaching (medical, psychological, financial, etc.) is not provided.

Nutrition content is limited to general education: principles of balanced eating, non personalised meal examples, general hydration information and habit organisation for healthy adults. No personalised diet plans, calorie or macronutrient calculations for a specific person, food gram prescriptions or weekly menus are provided. They are not medical nutrition therapy and are not intended to treat any medical condition.

For digital services and personalised coaching programmes, the client expressly requests that performance begins immediately. The client acknowledges that once the service has started or the material has been delivered at the client's request, the fourteen day right of withdrawal under consumer protection legislation is lost.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury and, in rare cases, serious harm. By participating, the client voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to hold APOLLONFORGE harmless from any resulting injury or damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APOLLONFORGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific coaching package in question.

Clients with pre-existing conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or any medical concerns must obtain clearance from a qualified physician before beginning any program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which APOLLONFORGE operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR where relevant.

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and remains responsible for the minor's participation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and APOLLONFORGE regarding coaching services, superseding any prior discussions or communications.

The provider is APOLLONFORGE, a sole proprietorship established in Greece and operating exclusively online. Its tax registration number, tax office and commercial registry number are stated on every invoice and are available on request at apollonioske@gmail.com. Services are provided in Greek and in English.

The agreement is concluded at a distance by electronic means, as provided by Greek Law 2251/1994 and Presidential Decree 131/2003. The contract is formed when APOLLONFORGE confirms the order by email, after the client has received the description of the service, the total price and these Terms in a durable medium.

All prices are stated in euro and include any applicable value added tax, unless otherwise indicated at the point of sale. Payment is made in advance through the payment provider. A lawful receipt or invoice is issued and sent electronically for every payment.

Please send any complaint first to apollonioske@gmail.com so that it can be resolved directly. Consumers may also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or to a certified alternative dispute resolution body, and to the European online dispute resolution platform, without losing the right to go to court.

All training plans, educational material, documents, texts and graphics provided remain the intellectual property of APOLLONFORGE. They are supplied for the personal use of the client only and may not be copied, resold, published or shared with third parties without written permission.

APOLLONFORGE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients with an active package are informed of material changes by email and the version accepted at purchase continues to govern their package.
